| These instructions were authored for Illinois EVR program version 3.2A and later. Please upgrade your software if you are on an early version of the software. | |||
| If user permissions are not set properly, the Illinois EVR program may not function in environments where a user has limited access to the PC. | |||
| I. | Log in as the administrator to the computer and install the software as directed if it is not already installed. If you need assistance in this process, please contact CVR Technical Support at: 1-800-333-6995 | ||
| II. | Once installed & configured you must stay logged in as the administrator to do all of the following: | ||

Set full control permissions to the following folders and file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\CVR\ C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PDOXUSRS.NET* C:\Program Files\CVR\ C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\ C:\Program Files\Common Files\CVR\ [Your DMS Import Folder]***This file will not be created until you open the Illinois EVR program for the first time **If you support an import from your DMS and the file is dropped to your local drive, add this path to the list of areas to have permissions set. This path is most commonly either 'C:\CvrImport\' or 'C:\Program Files\CVR\CvrImport\' |

| a. | Right click the file or folder, and select 'Properties' | ||
| b. | Once inside 'Properties' go to the 'Security' Tab*** | ||
| c. | In the list of users / groups of users, select each one and check the box labeled 'Full Control'. It's recommended that all groups be given Full Control | ||
| d. | Optionally it is recommended to add the generic user group of 'Everyone' if it is available and give it 'Full Control' as well | ||
